The aim is to promote diversity in the workforce and support a culture of openness and collaboration. One particular concern is increasing the proportion of women at all levels of the workforce. As a company traditionally dominated by engineers and technical specialists, Porsche wants to fulfill its task of strengthening equal opportunities for all employees.
