Porsche fosters an open, transparent, and constructive dialogue with internal and external stakeholder groups. Questions, suggestions, and concerns are regarded as valuable input for continuously improving business activities and appropriately considering the interests of diverse stakeholders. Porsche supports its group companies in their communication with direct stakeholders while providing a consistent framework for stakeholder engagement across the Group.

To facilitate this dialogue, the Politics and Society department and the Construction, Environment and Energy Management office at Porsche operate a dedicated complaints procedure that serves as a central point of contact for concerns, feedback, and suggestions for improvement. The process was audited in 2023 as part of the ISO 14001 recertification at the Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen site and was also applied at the Weissach and Leipzig sites from 2025 onwards. This enables Porsche and selected group companies to systematically record, assess, and address stakeholder concerns and to transparently document any measures taken. Contact channels are publicly available and easily accessible.

People living in the vicinity of Porsche locations can raise concerns via the email address nachgefragt@porsche.de or through a dedicated telephone hotline established specifically for neighborhood matters. These channels are available during normal business hours. During the reporting year, Porsche addressed a low double-digit number of such inquiries and concerns and was able to resolve them sustainably in close cooperation with the responsible departments.

At the Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen site, residents occasionally raised concerns related to parking and traffic conditions in neighboring residential areas, as well as noise associated with operational activities. In all cases, measurements confirmed compliance with applicable legal noise limits. To further strengthen transparency and accessibility, Porsche distributed information letters including direct contact details in relevant residential areas near selected sites. The initiative was well received and supported an early and solution-oriented exchange with local communities.

In addition, stakeholders can contact the Sustainability department directly via the email address sustainability@porsche.com. Questions, comments, and suggestions related to sustainability topics are reviewed and incorporated into the relevant specialist processes.

In 2025, Porsche further expanded its direct engagement with local communities and continued the neighborhood information event at the Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen site, which had been reintroduced in the previous year. Around 170 participants from neighboring residential areas, together with representatives of local government, attended the “Porsche Nachbarschaftsrunde” at the Porsche Museum. Visitors had the opportunity to engage directly with Porsche experts at information booths covering topics such as vocational training, vehicle production, sustainability, and site development. The event provided a platform for open dialogue and enabled participants to share questions, concerns, and suggestions. Particular interest was shown in topics including traffic, parking, and green spaces. Insights gained from these discussions are continuously incorporated into the further development of site-related measures. In 2025, Porsche implemented targeted internal awareness initiatives to improve parking conditions and promote environmentally conscious commuting among employees.

To further strengthen engagement with international stakeholder groups, Porsche continued to apply and refine its Acceptance Communication Guideline in close collaboration with specialists from the sales regions. The guideline supports a consistent yet regionally appropriate approach to stakeholder communication worldwide. In this context, Porsche held discussions with representatives of national and international non-governmental organizations regarding selected construction and development projects in various sales regions during the reporting year. The constructive dialogue with these stakeholder groups will continue beyond 2026.
